• Your pledge is guaranteed. We will never offer a Kickstarter campaign that we do not have the ability to complete

• We will publish regular updates during and after campaigns 

• We will keep you informed of all material changes to shipping times, production issues and anything  else relevant to your pledge.

• All retail deliveries will be concurrent with backer rewards deliveries. 

• We will not sell products from our Kickstarter campaigns directly until all rewards have been delivered.
